I had my first houseguest not long ago and, as the mom of 2 boys and a lady with no sisters (or even sisters-in-law!), it was SO great to have a girlfriend sit at my kitchen counter again. Among other things, we talked about what utter buffoons our kids can be when it comes to getting in/out of the car (they’re 6 and 9.) “And they always want to climb out from MY side,” she said. “Why is that even fun?!” That sentence made me laugh so hard. What’s something inexplicable/annoying the kids in your life find fun? My kids once killed over an hour playing with some new socks we got from Amazon. Trying them on, then putting them in a plastic St. Patrick’s Day hat, and shooting them down the stairs, you know, the normal things.
It's not necessarily inexplicable, but definitely annoying: Watching Minecraft speedruns on YouTube. Loudly. For hours. Or, to up the ante, watching videos of people analysing Minecraft speedruns on YouTube. Loudly. For hours.

Not inexplicable and yet enjoyment is unfathomable to me: BLIPPI
Playing the same song on repeat for two hours. (Ava Max, Blackpink, ITZY)
